How to Make 3D Design For CNC Router Production?

To make a 3D design, first, we create a digital three-dimensional model of the product using CAD software. Then we design the model according to the circular cutting tools, including internal corner filleting, draft angles, and Z-axis depth budget. 

After the 3D model is reviewed, it will be imported into the CAM software. Our programmers plan the specific movement trajectories of the cutting tools here. Then we run advanced 3D simulation in the software. Finally, the post-processor converts the visual cutting path into a specific NC or G-code file unique to this machine.
