ElephMax Digital Cutter Types

An 8-tool carousel ATC handles routing automatically, while the oscillating knife cuts PVC, leather, fabric, paper and other flexible materials on the same machine.

German EOT-3 oscillating knife cuts leather, carpet, rubber and carton, while the 9kW ATC spindle processes wood, MDF and acrylic on the same 2000×3000mm table.

A portable rotary axis adds 3D wood carving to the 2030’s ATC routing and oscillating-knife cutting, with the rotary unit designed to save space when not in use.

Red-light positioning sets the cutting reference before processing, while integrated nesting software lays out patterns automatically on the 1600×2500mm cutting area.

CCD vision reads printed contours for automatic pattern cutting, with oscillating, angled and kiss-cut tools covering flexible and composite materials up to 30mm thick.

Three spindles handle cutting, engraving, drilling and milling, with CCD vision locating printed contours for irregular-shape cutting on PVC, KT board and other sheets.

EOT-3 handles leather, foam, rubber, carpet and other flexible materials; the 3kW HSD spindle takes over for wood, plywood, acrylic and soft metal.

Advanced Optical Registration & Vision System
ElephMax digital cutter equipment achieves CCD visual automatic alignment. When designing, we employ high-definition industrial cameras and a fully automatic alignment algorithm. They can automatically capture the registration marks on the printed materials and correct the deformations caused by printing or material stretching. This ensures that the cutting edges have an extremely small tolerance to the printed patterns, which can be as low as ±0.1 mm.

To enhance safety, we install infrared sensor safety curtains and touch-rebound anti-collision devices in front of the digital cutter machine.
