What Is the Stone CNC Router?
A Stone CNC Router is an automated, computer-controlled power tool designed for deep cutting, carving, drilling, routing, and edge profiling on hard stone materials, such as granite, marble, quartz, etc.
Unlike standard wood or soft-metal CNC machines, our industrial Stone CNC Router is specifically engineered to withstand extreme vibrations and heavy tool-load resistance. Our machines are equipped with high-power water-cooled spindles, heavy-duty linear guide rails, and integrated water recirculation systems. You can use them to replace traditional, dust-heavy manual hand tools with our automated CAD/CAM digital workflows.
Stone CNC Router Types
You can use this machine with its horizontal saw spindle to cut, engrave, and shape stone slabs. ElephMax adopts a DSP A11 control system to monitor the operation status.
It is equipped with a 6.0 kW water-cooling spindle and a 7.5 kW Fuling inverter. ElephMax uses a 300 mm diameter rotary device with double chucks for your needs.
ElephMax adopts a carousel automatic tool changer and a rotary device. It is also equipped with a Changsheng ATC water cooling spindle with a speed of 18000 rpm per minute.
