EW1- Entry-Level Moving‑table 5 Axis CNC Router

Designed as an entry-level 5-axis machining solution for compact 3D woodworking applications, the 1212F combines a fixed gantry with a movable worktable. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for machining 3D molds, statues, sculptures, foam models, and other relatively small workpieces where multi-angle machining capability is required.

This 5-axis CNC router features a 1300 × 2500 mm working area, moving-table structure, 5-axis head, automatic tool changer, and T-slot & vacuum working table. The RTCP-enabled control system coordinates complex tool movements for 3D machining and multi-angle processing. It is suitable for molds, doors, furniture components, artwork, automotive parts, and other complex products.

This dual-table configuration is designed to reduce non-productive loading and unloading time. While one table is being machined, the other can be prepared for the next workpiece, helping improve workflow efficiency. It is suitable for processing 3D wood, foam, plaster molds, statues, and other medium-sized components.

Built around an EW1 moving-table structure, the ELE1325ATC-5 is suited to 3D molds and contoured parts that need machining from changing angles. The 11kW Hiteco 5-axis spindle works with an 8-tool carousel to switch between cutters during complex jobs, reducing re-clamping across mold, aerospace, automotive, and woodwork applications.

The EW1-5Axis is built for enclosed 5-axis machining, with the spindle’s automatic dust cover opening and closing according to the cutting process. Combined with an 8-tool ATC and T-slot/vacuum table, it suits workshops producing 3D molds, contoured furniture parts, aerospace components, and other complex wood or composite workpieces.
EW2-Standard Moving‑table 5 Axis CNC Router

The dual-table layout keeps two workpieces in production at the same time, making the EW2-1727 a practical choice for repeated or made-to-order 3D machining. Its 1200 mm Z-axis and 5-axis head cover deep cavities, curved surfaces, and inclined contours in molds, furniture parts, architectural components, and other large 3D workpieces.

Complex 3D shapes can be machined from multiple directions on the 1300 × 2500 mm worktable, with the 1000 mm Z-axis providing clearance for deeper workpieces. The 16-tool carousel and 5+4 drilling bank handle different machining operations on molds, furniture parts, plastics, and composite materials.
EW3-Heavy-duty Moving‑column 5 Axis CNC Router

Large molds and oversized models can be machined on the 2000 × 4000 mm table without repeated repositioning. The moving-column design works with ±120° A-axis and ±360° C-axis rotation to reach complex surfaces from multiple directions, making it suited to foam, resin, wood and composite workpieces.

The moving-column gantry structure keeps the workpiece securely positioned while the gantry moves along the machine bed. With large working dimensions available, this configuration is particularly suitable for large foam models, wood molds, automotive components, aerospace parts, and oversized 3D workpieces requiring stable multi-axis machining.

Master Complex 3D Surface Machining
A 5-axis CNC router gives your cutting tool greater freedom of movement, allowing it to approach complex surfaces and difficult angles that are challenging for conventional 3-axis machining. Whether you are producing automotive molds, foam prototypes, sculptures, architectural models, or detailed furniture components, coordinated multi-axis movement helps you machine complex geometries with fewer setups and less manual repositioning. Take on higher-value 3D machining projects without rebuilding your entire production workflow.

Advanced CNC Control and RTCP Technology
Our 5-axis CNC routers integrate advanced RTCP (Rotational Tool Center Point) technology, enabling automatic tool path compensation during rotary axis movement. Combined with leading CNC control systems and CAD/CAM compatibility, operators can generate precise machining programs quickly while minimizing programming complexity. This ensures stable machining performance and higher production accuracy for even the most demanding projects.
Machine More with Fewer Setups
Repeated clamping can increase machining time and introduce positioning errors between different operations. A 5-axis CNC router helps reduce this problem by allowing the cutting head to reach multiple surfaces and angles from a single workpiece setup. This is especially valuable for molds, deep cavities, curved surfaces, and components with multiple angled features. Fewer setups mean a simpler production process, less manual handling, and more consistent results across complex parts.

Upgrade Your Production with 5-Axis Automation
For manufacturers handling complex parts and multiple machining operations, automation can make a major difference. Depending on the configuration, ElephMax 5-axis CNC routers can integrate automatic tool changers, automatic tool setting, automatic lubrication, professional 5-axis control systems, and servo drive technology. These features reduce repetitive manual work and help your operators focus on production rather than constant tool changes and machine adjustments.
