Factory Overview
Our factory is designed to support the full machine production process. It covers a total of 75,000 square meters with more than 500 professional technician team. With the latest production technology, We are capable of CNC machine manufacturing, metal frame production, machine welding, surface painting, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, machine testing, and final inspection. We mainly produce intelligent production line, panel furniture production line, door making machine series, and stone CNC machine series. These machines are widely used by door manufacturers, cabinet manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, tabletop manufacturers, and more industries around the world.
This is where many of the main machine parts are made and processed. Our workers use suitable tools and equipment to cut, shape, drill, and prepare each machine parts.
Used to build strong machine frames and metal structures. Our team weld machine frames and other metal parts based on set designs. The welded parts are check to make sure they are strong.
After metal parts and prepared and welded, the surface is cleaned and prepared before painting. This protects the machine from rust, dust, daily wear, and provides finished appearance.
Workers install mechanical parts, motors, electrical parts, control systems, and other components. After assembly, the machine is checked and tested to make sure they function properly.
