The ElephMax vacuum automatic press machine is an industrial vacuum membrane pressing solution used to bond flexible decorative materials ( such as PVC films, natural wood veneers, and heat transfer foils) onto flat, curved, and contoured wooden surfaces. With the vacuum pressure reaching ≥ -0.095 MPa, the ElephMax vacuum automatic press machine provides uniform pressure distribution for smooth, bubble-free finishes, even when you are processing intricate shapes, curves, and embossed patterns up to 60 mm thick. The advanced infrared heating system can reach up to 185°C, while smart microcomputer temperature control helps maintain consistent heating throughout the whole pressing process.
