Types of ElephMax Tube and Sheet Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

This unit comes with a large integrated dust removal system and handles 3m/6m tubes. Its CNC tube cutting system is simple to operate and maintain.

It adopts an integrated heavy cast iron bed with stress relief annealing to prevent long-term deformation, equipped with fully automatic synchronized double pneumatic chucks.

It comes with a half protective housing, and its pallet exchange cycle takes only 15 seconds to speed up loading and unloading.

This model features a lightweight aluminum crossbeam and a standard welded machine bed, with a 20–25-second auto pallet exchange to boost working efficiency.

As an entry-level laser cutting device, it combines tube and sheet metal cutting capabilities with high cost-effectiveness and is very easy to operate and maintain.

The 600°C stress-relieved welded bed reduces structural deformation and vibration for consistent metal sheet and tube cutting.
