The ElephMax 4-in-1 fiber laser welding machine is a self-developed multifunctional handheld fiber laser processing device. It features four functions: laser welding, laser cutting(thin sheet), laser rust removal and weld seam cleaning.

Does Switching Functions Require Recalibration?

What Consumable Parts Need Regular Replacement?

You need to replace the protective lens on the laser head every 2-4 weeks and the focusing lens every 6-12 months, as dirt or scratches on them will reduce laser power. The wire feed tube and contact tip of the wire feeding system need to be replaced every 3–6 months.

The cooling water also needs to be changed every month to maintain laser output stability, while shielding gas such as nitrogen (N₂) or argon (Ar) needs to be continuously supplied.

Can the Machine Be Used Outdoors?

Yes, you can use it outdoors with strict protective measures. You need a protective shelter to block high heat and rain, plus a stable power supply or large generator. You may also choose a portable air-cooled laser welder instead. Besides, all nearby staff must wear laser safety goggles, as laser radiation poses health risks.
