Modern furniture mainly relies on artificial boards, plywood, or medium-density fiberboard (MDF) as raw materials, and the most standard board size globally is 4×8 feet. Is a 2×4 CNC Router Suitable for Cabinet Production?

No. A CNC router 2×4 cannot accommodate a large sheet like a 4×8-foot one, so you have to cut the sheet into 4 smaller pieces manually. It also cannot cut the complete large side panels of the cabinets on this machine at once due to the size.
