What Is the 4 Axis Bridge Saw?
A traditional 3-axis machine requires your manual operator intervention to turn heavy slabs for cross-cuts. But our 4-axis bridge saw is a fully automatic CNC stone processing equipment. It has four independent moving axes: X-axis (front and back), Y-axis (left and right), and Z-axis (up and down), along with a C-axis that can rotate 360° and an A-axis that can tilt from 0° to 45°.
These four axes work in coordination to enable the saw blade and the main shaft to approach the stone from any angle. You can achieve precise cutting of straight lines, beveled edges, arcs, and various irregular contours by our machine.
4 Axis Bridge Saw Types

It has a 5.5kw water-cooled spindle and works alternately with its saw blade. You can use it for cross cutting, vertical cutting, etc. But it is not for edge grinding and polishing.

This machine is equipped with an industrial camera and a suction cup with the material moving function. You can use it to avoid cutting material waste.

ElephMax adds a camera and infrared head for positioning accuracy and precision. Its axis can rotate 45° to cut stones, and you can use it for four-sided chamfering, plane grooving, basin hole digging, etc.
ElephMax’s 4 Axis Bridge Saw Features

Our machine features a primary high-torque saw blade drive for linear slab breakdown and an integrated 5.5 kW water-cooled auxiliary spindle.

We use a heavy cast-iron and welded steel bed frame. Heat treatment relieves stress and prevents deformation under continuous heavy load.

The user-friendly CNC operation interface is compatible with standard CAD/CAM DXF files, helping the workshop to operate efficiently from the very first day of production.

Heavy-lift pneumatic suction pods shift cut pieces automatically during the cutting sequence, preventing blade pinch and enabling full utilization of slab real estate.
Automated Cutting Cycle
Our four-axis bridge saw can automatically perform linear cutting, 45-degree inclined cutting and arc cutting according to the preset feed speed and spindle speed, without any manual intervention throughout the process. From material loading to the completion of the cutting, the entire process runs automatically, significantly reducing your labor costs.

Complete Material Capabilities
Our machine can not only handle conventional granite and marble, but also handle materials with different toughness and hardness such as artificial quartz stone and fired ceramic panels (such as Desesis/Laminar) with ease. The main saw motor is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, which can adjust the cutting speed and feed rate in real time according to the material.
Why Choose ElephMax As Your 4 Axis Bridge Saw Partner?

- Direct Factory Manufacturer Pricing: By eliminating intermediate trading companies, ElephMax provides direct-from-factory pricing, giving you maximum ROI and lower capital investment costs.
- Rigid Component Sourcing: We exclusively outfit our machines with industry-recognized core components—including Syntec/NcStudio control systems, Schneider electrical hardware, and premium heavy-duty linear guide rails.
- Pre-Shipment Testing: Every machine undergoes a continuous 48-hour dry-run and live stone-cutting test before packaging. We verify axis alignment, laser positioning, water flow systems, and electrical safety before dispatch.

Applications of ElephMax 4 Axis Bridge Saw

From standard rectangles to L-shaped, U-shaped and other irregular countertops, our machine can complete all cutting processes in one setup, ensuring that each countertop fits perfectly with the kitchen space.

Our four-axis bridge saw can help you automatically complete the precise cutting of the under-sink and over-sink sink holes. You can install the faucet and basin directly without the need for any additional trimming.

For building projects such as hotel lobbies, commercial complexes, and villa exteriors, a large amount of uniform-sized and neatly edged stone veneer panels are often required. Our equipment can batch-cut exterior cladding, facade decorative strips, window sills, etc.

Our four-axis bridge-type saw can perform shaping operations such as chamfering, rounding edges, and arc-shaped tops on the monument body. Each stone monument can meet your personalized needs.

Testimonials
A 4-axis bridge saw automates 0-360° blade rotation and 45-90° tilting, making it fully capable of executing linear cuts, mitered edges, sink cutouts, and 2D profiling. A 5-axis machine adds a fully interpolating tool head for complex 3D sculptural carving. For standard countertop fabrication, architectural cladding, and mitered joints, you can just choose a 4-axis machine at a lower cost and with simpler shop operation.
Yes. Sintered stone requires stable blade travel, controlled RPM, and precise water coolant delivery to prevent tension cracking. Our machines utilize variable frequency drive (VFD) speed adjustment and rigid anti-vibration bed frames to handle fragile sintered slabs smoothly.
The machine typically runs on 380V / 3‑Phase / 50Hz or 60Hz power (custom voltage configurations like 220V or 440V 3‑phase are available upon request). It requires an external air compressor supplying more than 0.6 MPa pressure for pneumatic table tilting and vacuum cup operations.
Our system uses a simple graphic touch-screen interface that accepts standard DXF files. Operators do not need advanced G-code programming skills. We provide complete English tutorial videos, step-by-step user manuals, and online remote assistance. Most shop operators become fully proficient within 2 to 3 days.

We ship all machines with an essential wear-parts kit (limit switches, water nozzles, seals). In case of operational or technical issues, our engineers connect remotely via internet diagnostic tools to calibrate systems and resolve settings. Replacement hardware parts are dispatched via express courier within 24 to 48 hours.
Not at all. Your daily maintenance just has three simple steps.
- cleaning the working table and settling tank;
- checking that the cooling water circuit is clear;
- regularly lubricating guide rails and ball screws (the system will automatically remind you).
Our standard system supports bilingual switching between Chinese and English. If your workers prefer Spanish or other languages, we can provide custom language packs (please discuss this with our sales engineer before ordering). The interface is also graphically designed, so even without reading text, operators can understand functions through icons – greatly reducing language barriers.
