Incoming Inspection
Our quality control team checks every parts and materials carefully before they enter production. Our team checks materials and purchased parts according to the required size, type, and quality. We also check important parts such as motors, electrical components, rails, bearings, and other machine parts.
Parts that do not meet the requirements are separated for review. This prevent poor quality parts from entering the production process. We check the material and part type, size and dimensions, surface conditions, model and specifications, quantity, and basic function.
Machining Inspection
Machine parts need to be made with right size and shape. During machining, our team checks important parts to make sure they meet the required specifications.
We inspect items such as machine frames, mounting parts, holes, rails, and other processed components. Regular checks lower errors and make sure parts fit together correctly during assembly.
During inspection, our QC team checks part dimensions, hole position, surface quality, cutting and machining accuracy, and part alignment.
Assembly Inspection
After the parts are ready, they are assembled into a complete machine. Our team checks the installation of mechanical, electrical, and control parts. We also check wiring, connections, moving parts, and other areas.
The inspection make sure each part is installed correctly and works as expected. Our QC team also checks mechanical parts, motors, drive systems, electrical wiring, safety parts, moving components, fasteners, and connectors.
Machine Testing
Every machine is tested before shipment. We run the machine to check its main functions and operating conditions. Our QC team checks movement, cutting, or processing performance, control functions, and other important features according to the machine type.
If an issue is found, it is fixed and checked again before the machine leaves the factory. Our machine testing includes:
- Machine start-up
- Movement and positioning
- Cutting or processing performance
- Motor operation
- Control system
- Emergency stop and safety functions
- Noise and vibration
- Continuous operation
Final Quality Inspection
Before shipment, we perform a final check of the complete machine. Only after the required checks are completed is the machine prepared for delivery. Our team checks the machines:
